SHIPS AND SHIPPING AT BARROW-IN-FURNESS, CUMBRIA - 1959 TO 1964

MORE ORE SHIPS

This page continues from the previous one featuring a further selection of ore ships. Dutch, German, Greek and French ships engaged in the ore trade were frequently seen at Barrow and some of them are depicted here along with others. The content has attracted much correspondence and I would like to thank those who have contributed information and additional photos of the featured ships.
